BlackMass is the venture house of Emps Roy (Munashe Emperor Roy Mupoto), a British-Zimbabwean entrepreneur building at the intersection of technology, finance, culture, and long-term infrastructure. ZimX® Finance is a regulated digital payment ecosystem engineered for the UK-Zimbabwe remittance corridor, designed to reduce transfer costs from industry averages of over 9% to under 2% through a dual-token settlement architecture. The company has engaged with regulatory pathways in both the UK and Zimbabwe, including application to the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe’s Fintech Regulatory Sandbox, and is pursuing FCA authorisation for its UK operations. In 2025, ZimX Finance was selected to represent Zimbabwe at Web Summit Lisbon, joining 100 startups from across the globe on one of the world’s largest innovation stages.

ZiGX® is a USD-pegged, reserve-backed digital settlement asset. It provides the stability layer that underpins cross-border transactions across the ZimX ecosystem — built for settlement, not speculation.

ZiRA™ is a purpose-built AI assistant designed specifically for Zimbabweans at home and across the diaspora. Unlike generic tools layered with translations, ZiRA is built from the ground up to understand Zimbabwe’s languages, economy, history, and the daily realities of its people. It serves as the intelligence and access layer across the wider ZimX ecosystem, with specialist modes covering remittance guidance, business support, and cultural knowledge.

Resource Management — BlackMass operates across the full resource lifecycle, from extraction and mining through to recycling, material recovery, and responsible waste processing. LoveMusicLive is the creative and cultural arm of BlackMass — a UK entertainment brand that grew from grassroots events into partnerships with BBC 1Xtra DJs, top-tier UK artists, and headline shows at major venues including Manchester’s O2 Ritz.
